1) Your First Four Weeks
Before we start, we need to understand your business, your website and where it currently sits.
- Search & AI audits set up
- Keyword research & gap analysis
- Technical audit
- AI discoverability audit
- Competitor analysis
- Looker studio & tracking set up
- Content plan
- Strategy meeting to present our findings at the end of your first month
- Agree strategy for first 3 month sprint
2) Your Call Cadence
Your call cadence will be agreed in your first check in meeting, which is 2 weeks into your first month.
- Calls may be monthly, bi-weekly or monthly depending on your preference and the complexity of your account.
- Helpdesk is always available, and your account manager email address has already been provided to you, feel free to contact them with any questions at any time.
3) Your Audit Meeting (week 4-6)
During month two, ideally in the first half of the month we will set up your kick off meeting, talking you through the results of your audit and our three month plan for your review and approval
- Sometimes this meeting pushes back due to leave or availability, but we will be starting work on your technical fixes, and this won’t slow down our progress on your account.
- During this meeting, we will also discuss goals and KPI’s
- Following this meeting, we will be able to move at full pace on both technical and content work
- We will also discuss approvals for content, and what additional calls may be needed, information gathering calls for technical information as an example.
4) Ongoing Work & Reporting
Following your audit meeting, we will be moving at full pace going forwards.
- Each call on the agreed schedule you will receive an update document, outlining all deliverables that were completed within that period (month, two weeks, one week) and any relevant results
- We also monitor your site, so will advise of any issues or changes that we may need to jump on and amend our schedule
- We will work on content and technical SEO every month going forward, following the results and our data
- You have access to a Looker Report with live data
5) Quarterly Reporting Meeting (in person)
After 3 months of work (month 4 usually due to first month audits), we will arrange an in person meeting updating you on all work completed in the first quarter, and your quarterly results.
- This will be arranged in person ideally, at our offices or your own
- We will repeat this process every 3 months
- We can re assess our plan and big goals during these sessions, which are usually 90-120 minutes long
