Crucible Digital began an exciting new chapter in February 2025 with its acquisition by Trailpoint. This marks an exciting shift that Trailpoint intends to fuel with renewed energy, focus and innovation to the agency.

As part of the move, George Hosegood, Managing Director of Trailpoint, has taken on the role of leading Crucible. George brings a wealth of experience in the construction and property sectors along with a strong reputation for digital innovation and effective leadership.

Built on Strong Foundations

Crucible’s Founder, Craig Slade, remains a vital part of the business. He now focuses on technical leadership and product development where his expertise continues to be a key strength. By shifting into the role of Strategic Director, Craig can now focus on key areas such as SEO, web development and graphic design while creating space for new leadership to guide the agency’s next phase of growth.

This new direction signals more than a change at the top. It reflects a refreshed mindset across the agency, with a growing team of talented professionals who bring with them fresh ideas and deep industry insight. Among the new faces are Kerrie Bingle, who joined as Finance and Business Manager in February, and Charlie Collings, who came on board as Digital Account Manager in June. Both bring experience in construction, property, and forward-thinking, results-driven digital marketing.
